Sketchbook drawings

These images are from my sketchbook where I have been looking at seaweed and sea feathers and pens for inspiration for my textiles. I have used different gradients of pencil, dot work using pen and even used kitchen roll to mimic the texture of the seaweed in the first image that was very effective.
