3D Printing with Tulle

This is my set up for my newest experiment to see how many layers of tulle I can put into a sample. I started by allowing the printer to print the raft for the scales pattern, I then let it print the first layer of the scales before I paused the print and sellotaped my first layer of fabric to the printer bed.
I resumed the print until another 2 layers were printed, I repeated the process of pausing the print and taping another layer of tulle onto the printer bed and resuming printing, I repeated this process a third time so I had 3 layers in total of tulle.
This is a very long process and you have to be present at all time to ensure the print is working, however I think it was very effective and now that I know I can use more than one layer I can experiment with different shapes and scales.
